Counts the impulse signals (0 - 50 kHz), and is combined with switching value output terminal to realize control when a certain count is reached; or converts counts into length for display and length conversion control.

Wobbling frequency for weaving

Realizes determination of amplitude under any frequency.

Multiplex of JOG button

The JOG button on the keyboard can provide functions of inching, direction switching and command source switching.

Brake control

Varying parameters may be set to meet the brake control requirements under different situations.

Initial position detection

Suitable initial position detection methods may be set for particular permanent magnet synchronous motors to avoid inversion of the motors on starting.

Customized input and output

Allows realization of parallel and serial customized input respectively and generates corresponding customized output functions.

External terminals

Reference power supply

10 V/30 mA, normally for simulating the power supply of input signals.

Control power supply

24 V/200 mA, normally for the power supply of switching value input and output terminal signals.

Analog input

2 channels of analog input terminals. Allows to choose signal input of voltage or current.

Each channel supports three signal ranges: 0 - 10 V, 0 - 20 mA and -10 - 10 V, all programmable.

Analog output

2 channels of analog output terminals. Allows to choose signal output of voltage or current.

Each channel supports two signal ranges: 0 - 10 V and 0 - 20 mA, both programmable.

Switching value input

5 - 6 multi-function switching value input terminals, compatible with active PNP or NPN input modes,

in which Terminal X6 may act as high-speed pulse (0 - 50 KHz) input and is programmable.

Switching value output

2 open circuit collector output terminals, in which Terminal Y2 may act as high-speed pulse (0 - 50 kHz) output and is programmable.

1 - 2 relay output terminals.

PG extension cards

Users may choose OC, ABZ difference-form or rotary transformer PG cards as required by the encoder on the site.
