The four-day 29th China International Ceramic Industrial Technologies and Products Exhibition 2015 (Guangzhou Ceramic Industry Exhibition 2015) was rounded off on June 4. The exhibition covered a total area of 100,000 m², in which 5,500 stands were distributed in 8 halls for the visits of professional buyers from 72 countries. Product ladder of CDE500 and CDE350 series
The CDE500 series VFDs have a current output highly close to sine under VF 0.1 Hz. They have shown outstanding performance in major function tests like 0.1 s rapid acceleration and deceleration, current control, revs tracking and non-stop operation during instantaneous power failure, and hence have broken the stereotypes users have on VFDs made in China since their very first launch. They are the current flagship of Canworld Electrical, which are highly spoken of by and populated among our customers.
The CDE350 series VFDs are products of a brand new type launched by Canworld Electrical to meet the market demands. This series employs the advanced space voltage vector modulation technology, i.e. Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM), high-performance power module and DSP chips and built-in current control loops. It also supports multiple externally extended I/O cards and PG cards (ABZ signal, complement form or difference form) and a number of extended communication cards (extended MODBUS, PROFIBUSDP and CANOPEN). The CDE350 series are vector VFDs designed for draught fans, pumps, and situations of general mechanical loads.

In this exhibition, Canworld Electrical also released a special type of VFDs developed specifically for ball mills - CDE520Q VFD-integrated ball mills. This series integrates the variable frequency modulation technique with the working principles of ball mill to transform their drive system. The VFDs in the ball mills provide multiple operation modes to cope with various process requirements by different raw materials, realizing continuously adjustable operation speed, high torque under low speed, impact-free starting of motors and etc. for ball mills and effectively regulating the energy feedback resulted by high inertia of ball mills. Lots of vendors from in- and outside China inquired about the parameters and functions of the ball mills during the exhibit. Some vendors from Sri Lanka and India had even made their offers and reached an intent to purchase on the spot. This series of ball mills are one of the most popular products made by Canworld Electrical.

For the specificity of ceramic industry, Canworld keeps testing in compliance with international quality standards and process requirements in respect of more than 10 quality control links, including R&D, raw materials purchase, pilot tests, high-temperature aging, interference tests, dust-proof and thermal dissipation processing, process review, performance tests, small-batch tests, etc., until the formal batch production. With the new industrial park, the productivity of Canworld Electrical VFDs has been significantly increased. The total of 8 production lines can basically meet the demands of our customers. Apart from VFDs for high-end applications, the products of Canworld Electrical are tending to diversification. The PLC and HMI products are launched step by step, and the size of Canworld CHI series HMI has increased from 4.3 to 10.4 inches. This new-generation HMI system is super-fast in computation, super-large in storage system and super-advanced in application fields. The PLCs of Canworld C1S and C2N series were launched with impressiveness for their diverse functions and high standards with reliability, simplicity and cost-efficiency. Their two independent loops provide a high-speed impulse output of up to 200 K. The PLCs of these two series have abundant soft components and extended functions and strong programming capability that allow them to realize high-speed computation and support real-time clocks (RTC), MODBUS protocol and the like.

During the exhibit, Canworld Electrical presented diverse product series. For now, the CDE500 series satisfies the high-end industrial applications while the CDE350 series covers the middle-end applications.
